The Postnatal Plan is our multi-award winning signature service at Lotus Maternity and is the essence of Lotus Maternity Learning. A newborn baby is the greatest lifechanging event an individual can experience. There is an abundance of conflicting advice, with no handbook or help. We want to help make the transition into parenthood that little bit easier and less daunting. The demand for our support continues to be high, particularly as there is little help in the hospital maternity settings and community provisions are scarce. Lotus Maternity Learning has been carefully created to encapsulate all of our help, support, teaching and professional education into a digital format, so that the support mothers and parents desperately need can positively impact more families.

Whether that’s on an individual level, developing and curating parenting plans, or working with your organisation to support and enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing following parental leave. Mothers and families will continue to be at the forefront of our minds and through nurturing these individuals, together we can change the narrative in ensuring they are returning to work both physically and psychologically well, are able to perform efficiently and have higher job satisfaction.
